Quick Instructions

Upload a log containing mpmstats log entries. Although mpmstats is enabled by default, you should consider updating the configuration to increase the ReportInterval and enable SlowThreshold (WAS Fix Pack 7.0.0.23 and newer).

<IfModule mod_mpmstats.c>
ReportInterval 60
TrackModules On
SlowThreshold 5
</IfModule>

Valid Files

The report only accepts files with these names:

  • error.log
  • error_log
  • mpmstats.log

Upload can have a .gz extension, or be inside a compressed file: *.tar, *.tar.gz, *.zip. Do not use directories or include any other files in the compressed file.

Tip Due to the small file upload size limit (5MB), extract mpmstats log entries and compress the file before uploading:

grep mpmstats error_log | gzip > mpmstats.log.gz

In the meantime, you can review the sample report.
